- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, aftertreatment systems, hydraulics, and drivability issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic software and scan tools
- Work on a wide variety of equipment including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, machinery, and small engines
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Document findings and repairs clearly on work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience required
- Knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical systems, emissions systems, and computer diagnostics
- Experience with multiple makes and models preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Own tools preferred
- Valid drivers license in good standing required
- CDL is a plus but not required
