Dave Hot Chicken West Palm Beach is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team in sunny Palm Beach, FL! Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage labor scheduling, food costs, and overall P&L to meet financial targets
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards
• Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reduces turnover and boosts morale

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience required
• Proven track record of managing P&L, labor, and food cost controls
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations software
• Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
