We are seeking an experienced and motivated Catering & Conference Services Manager to join our Sales & Events team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys building client relationships, driving catering sales, and coordinating memorable events from initial inquiry through successful execution. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Position Summary The Catering & Conference Services Manager is responsible for generating catering revenue, managing client relationships, and coordinating the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout the event lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Generate and close catering and conference services business through proactive sales efforts and relationship building. Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients from initial inquiry through event completion. Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, weddings, and social events to ensure exceptional execution and guest satisfaction. Prepare contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event documentation, and billing accurately and on time. Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to execute events seamlessly. Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and exceptional client service. Maintain accurate records in hotel sales and event management systems while adhering to Hilton brand standards and hotel policies. Support departmental goals by providing outstanding service, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
