Mortgage Disclosure Specialist: Timely, Reg-Driven Compliance
MIDLAND FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
Midland Federal Savings and Loan Association is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist to prepare, review, and issue accurate disclosures in line with TRID, RESPA, TILA, and governing regulations. You will work closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closing teams to ensure timely disclosures throughout the loan process.
