Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hourShift:

Monday–Friday | Must be Flexible for Schedule Between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 20–30 Hours Per Week

What’s a typical day as Medical Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:

• Greeting and escorting patients to exam and X-ray rooms.
• Preparing patients for appointments and imaging procedures.
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service.
• Scheduling patient appointments and updating calendars.
• Completing general office and administrative tasks.
• Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation.
• Supporting providers with daily clinical operations.
• Helping maintain a clean and organized office environment.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred but not required).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Are comfortable using computers and office software.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Are dependable, professional, and friendly with a passion for helping others.
• Pay strong attention to detail.
• Are flexible to work varying hours between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
