Fast‑growing entrepreneurial environment High visibility role with direct ownership exposure Opportunity to help improve processes and support company growth Broad operational accounting exposure Collaborative team culture with long‑term growth potential Stable family‑owned organization with expanding operations Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile financial transactions within QuickBooks Desktop Oversee AP/AR processes including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Support payroll entries, employee reimbursements, and cash flow tracking Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reporting packages Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting Partner with ownership and external CPA firms on tax and compliance support Maintain organized accounting records and support audit/review activities Help improve accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience required Strong understanding of GAAP and operational accounting processes Experience within inventory‑based, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or small business environments preferred Strong reconciliation, reporting, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment Experience supporting external CPA/tax processes preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
