IT Specialist (Customer Support)

Duties
Help
Operates a variety of system software, hardware and information technology.
Modifies configuration and assignment of equipment to communication on Local Area Network to better serve organization.
Addresses technical functions and trouble tickets involving Medical Information Technologies.
Provides technical advice and assistance to computer personnel regarding system software functions, uses, capabilities, and hardware limits.
Maintains acceptable use policies, user account requests and signed Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance forms.
Coordinates the installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of business-related hardware and software systems.
