Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries and general information.
- Process policy changes and endorsements accurately.
- Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Maintain client records and update information in the agency management system.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Support staff and clients with workers' compensation audits.
- Create acord applications and update renewal applications when needed.
- Collect underwriting materials from the client, as requested by the insurance carrier.
- Licensed CA property and casualty agent.
- Minimum: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A positive and helpful attitude.
- Experience working with the Applied Systems Agency Manager (TAM).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
