Loan Operations Specialist

Work Model:

On-Site
Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday rotation once a month; 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

What You Will Do:

Provide loan support for commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer loans
Work with the loan officer to process and close loans
Prepare preliminary documents, disclosures, and closing documents within regulatory guidelines
Work with attorneys, abstractors, appraisers, insurance companies, closing companies, and customers to answer questions and gather financials through the loan process
Order and process paid notes
Review credit reports
Coordinate ATA/ACH payments
Work on collateral-building projects
Answer customer questions in person or on the phone, and may cross-sell products and services

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

1+ years of commercial and agricultural processing experience
Familiarity with commercial and agricultural documentation, procedures, and processing
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Team player mindset
Must reside in a 20-mile radius of Clive, IA
Jack Henry and Byte loan systems experience is desired
