We are looking for experienced, hospitality-driven bartenders who genuinely love serving people and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, a welcoming smile, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for food, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.

Experience in World's 50 Best, Bib Gourmands, or Michelin-starred restaurants is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to every guest while creating memorable experiences.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, precision, and attention to presentation.
• Execute the restaurant's signature cocktail program, classic cocktails, wine service, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Develop expert knowledge of the food menu, cocktail program, spirits, beer, and wine list to confidently guide guest recommendations.
• Build relationships with regular guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes, ice, and bar inventory.
• Serve food to guests dining at the bar while monitoring their overall dining experience.
• Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure seamless service and support the entire team.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and verify legal drinking age.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns, and guest service opportunities promptly.
• Uphold all company standards, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of bartending experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or cocktail bar.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage service.
• Ability to quickly memorize the food menu, cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine program.
• Passion for hospitality with a genuine desire to serve others and exceed guest expectations.
• Naturally positive attitude with the ability to always greet guests with a smile and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in English.

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
