Bartender Position at Bar Shishi

Bar Shishi is a hidden, cocktail-driven speakeasy located in the prestigious RIVANI building. This intimate venue offers an elevated cocktail experience with Japanese inspired light bites. The ambiance features warm lighting, layered textures, and curated vinyl music to create a dynamic atmosphere.

We are seeking talented and experienced bartenders who have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Adhering to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
• Mixing drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
• Stocking/restocking appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace
• Ensuring compliance of all health and safety regulations
• Processing payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies
• Performing all opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• 2 years of fine dining or upscale cocktail bar experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
• Excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
• Valid FL Food Handlers Card
• 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Attention to detail
