Licensed Illinois Plumber Opportunity
Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., is seeking a licensed Illinois plumber to provide part-time municipal inspection services for an established community in Lake County. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional looking for consistent, flexible part-time work in a professional municipal environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct residential and commercial inspections.
- Evaluate plumbing installations for compliance with Illinois Plumbing Code and local requirements.
- Document inspection results, and communicate clearly with contractors, residents, and municipal staff.
- Limited plumbing plan review may also be performed as needed.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Must hold an active Illinois plumber's license.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Available to conduct inspections during weekday business hours.
- Prior municipal inspection or plan review experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.
