Data Engineer
Work Location: Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA
Maximum Pay Rate: $50/hr (to me) Client: BOFA
Candidate’s Experience: 5 Years of Experience
Candidates will also need to go through a tech screening.
We are looking for candidates with the following primary skills for this role: Java/Python, SQL, Scala, and ETL Informatica.
Required Skills:
- Informatica
- Oracle Exadata
- Hadoop
- Strong expertise in Hadoop components, architecture, and tools.
- Proficiency in Spark and Scala with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with real-time streaming technologies like Spark Streaming/Kafka.
- Knowledge of Hive, Impala, and Oozie.
- Proficiency in UNIX Shell Scripting and Autosys job scheduling.
- Experience with Exadata & Oracle SQL Tuning.
- Solid understanding of spark configurations and performance tuning.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD build and deployment tools.
- API development experience.
