Warehouse Associate – Direct Hire Location: La Crosse, WI Employer: Amazon Pay: $18.50–$19.00 per hour Shift: Various days, nights, weekends Benefits Medical and dental coverage, access to online education programs, financial tools, and community resources. About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for picking, packing, sorting, stowing, and staging products for shipment. You will operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely throughout the facility, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Your contributions will ensure productivity and quality expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Move products safely around the facility and operate equipment in a secure manner Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols Meet productivity and quality goals Key Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Preferred Qualifications Preferred qualifications include experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or general labor, and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices.
