Role Overview: This position involves operating MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, requiring completion of a Radiology or MRI program and certification from ARMRIT or ARRT within 12 months of hire. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and position patients, select appropriate technical parameters, perform patient pre-screening and education, enter and monitor data, administer contrast media, ensure high-quality image submission to PACS, maintain equipment functionality, and uphold department cleanliness and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: One year of direct experience, completion of relevant educational programs, and current BLS certification. Knowledge of imaging procedures, attention to detail, and physical ability for frequent standing, lifting, and movement are required.
