ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Naval Air Systems Command

Summary You will serve as the Head of Staff for D/EB3000, responsible for the overall management of the Operations and Administrative functions in the RANGES/TARGETS OPS/INSTRMTN & LABS GROUP AIRBORNE INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will perform other functions such as management analysis, procurement, contract administration, property management, space management, security administration, reports management, data processing, and similar or closely related responsibilities. You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or discrepancies/anomalies. You will coordinate the development and reporting of cost/performance information in support of mission tasks for the organization. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DA-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following: Experience with preparing briefs for senior managers on program execution. Experience with providing interpretive and analytical advice on financial transactions and program execution; develops format and content to provide manager(s) with various listing, reports, and data relative to status of funds and the propriety of obligations; and ensures the financial integrity, timeliness, accuracy and validity of supporting managerial accounting, budget execution, and financial management reports.
