Epic Cadence Certified Analyst 100% Remote Our client, a medical center under a California Public Ivy university, seeks an accomplished Epic Cadence Application Analyst. Candidate must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship. Duration: 22‑week contract with possibility of extensions. Notes: 100% Remote role. Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Pacific Time. Description: The Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests. Focused on Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to our centralized Patient Call Center, build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, Nova upgrade notes, integration projects across the health system, and assisting with high‑priority break‑fix tickets. Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of the software application, operational workflows, and related policies. Pandemic reporting required to meet deadlines. Cadence Certification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Cadence Decision Tree experience. Break‑fix problem investigation and resolution. Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes. New DEP Cadence Build. Referrals and Referral Order build highly preferred. Questionnaire requested by manager: Please explain in detail your experience with Decision Tree building and maintenance of existing ones.
