We are seeking a highly qualified Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with 4+ years of experience to join our dedicated healthcare team. Position Overview: As an experienced Labor and Delivery RN, you will provide exceptional care to women during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for both mothers and babies, providing the highest standard of nursing care in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patients throughout labor, delivery, and recovery Administer medications and IV fluids as per physicians orders Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Assist with deliveries, including cesarean sections and other interventions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Act as an advocate for patients' needs and preferences Qualifications: Active RN license in New York State Minimum of 4 years experience in Labor and Delivery nursing Strong clinical knowledge and skills in obstetrics Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (or willingness to obtain) Strong commitment to patient-centered care Why Join Us?
