What You'll Do as a Logistics Dispatcher:

Support the coordination of daily transportation activities to ensure the accurate and timely movement of freight within a 100-mile radius of Savannah.
Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure scheduling requirements are met.
Manage essential transportation documentation to maintain operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with Senior Dispatchers and Customer Service teams to align daily delivery goals with client expectations.
Monitor route progress and adjust schedules in real-time to overcome traffic or logistical delays.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Understanding of transportation logistics activities and freight movement, specifically within the local Savannah region.
Ability to communicate clear instructions to drivers and collaborate effectively with internal support teams.
Strong organizational & documentation habits with the ability to manage complex schedules with high accuracy.
The capacity to problem solve & resolve coordination challenges in a fast-paced environment.
