Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate to join its Boston office. The successful candidate will collaborate with a seasoned team handling a wide range of employee benefit plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and executive compensation arrangements. Duties Assist in M&A related benefits work. Manage qualified plans and executive compensation. Oversee health and welfare benefit plans. Requirements Experience in M&A related benefits work. Proficiency in managing qualified plans. Knowledge of executive compensation and health and welfare plans. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Massachusetts preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
