So, why not join a Company who focuses on success for their business and for you?   What We Offer:Exciting innovative, collaborative, and family-oriented work environmentChallenging and progressive career developmentCompetitive salaries Excellent Comprehensive Health & Wellness programsBest practice PTO policies and paid holidaysRetirement program and company match!Open communication, informal recognition, and team-building eventsAnd much more to motivated, results-oriented individuals who want to make a real difference in their community and role! What You'll Do:As the Sales Representative, you will provide sales and support to potential and existing customers throughout the region to meet or exceed the annual goals for the Company. Your Accountabilities in the Role: Studies the organizational structure, business goals, and processes of potential and current customers to assist in creating a targeted business plan, within customer budgets, that will demonstrate enhanced efficiencies to create a sale.Assists customers to meet their specific needs by performing functions such as: taking inventory, placing orders, evaluating and resolving product issues and providing solutions, and sourcing new products to ensure customer satisfaction.Provides ongoing service and customer consultation to keep the accounts operating well for a long-term partnership by being reliable and available as a direct resource to customers, obtaining assistance where needed for optimal service.Completes and provides sales reports, including new or lost business, to understand the current situation and to work with Sales Manager on new opportunities and future sales strategies.Delivers small product orders to customers on a regular basis ensuring full customer relationship management and satisfaction.Obtains and/or attends vendor training on products or tradeshows to understand the specific products and how to promote products to customers as applicable.   Position Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED; will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: 2+ years of sales experience.Certifications: N/AFunctional Skills: Strong research, planning, organization, and execution skills; ability to communicate clearly and learn professional selling skills to provide consultative selling with persuasive sales techniques. Effective at problem-solving and providing solutions to clientsTechnology Aptitude/Skills: Basic MS Office and CRM experience. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Leadership/Behaviors: Customer-focused, self-driven, and motivated; able to work independently and in teams; proven achievement in exceeding job expectations and driving results. Strong networking, influencing, and relationship-building skills to maintain and grow the customer base. Ability to learn quickly; strong collaboration skills. Culture Match Behaviors: Team-oriented, collaborative, gets along well with others; can work in a laid-back environment, yet be responsible to ensure the work is complete and on-time; flexible to put in extra hours, as needed. Other Important Information:  Position Salary: Compensation will be based upon experience. Reports To: Sales Manager Core Hours: M-F; 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Typical Work Week: M-F; some OT required (when applicable); 40-45 hours per week  Direct Reports: None Work Conditions: Office and Manufacturing environments, semi-heated in the winter, may be hot in the summer; ability to lift up to 50 – 75 lbs (with assistance as needed) and able to work around moving equipment. Travel: Up to 90% daily local travel to customers; overnight tradeshows 2-3 times per year.
