Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Dubuque, IA. Start date: 09/28/2026. Assignment duration: weeks-long assignment. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Weekly pay range: $1,614–$1,647 per week. Shift: Day shift, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Setting: LTC - Nursing Home. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment. Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments and monitoring Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document changes and responses accurately Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans; participate in rounds and family communications Perform nursing procedures, manage wound care, and support activities of daily living as appropriate Uphold patient safety through falls prevention, infection control, and compliance with facility policies Maintain thorough, compliant charting in the electronic health record and communicate changes promptly to the care team Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Iowa (or eligibility for licensure) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Minimum 1 year of RN experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Ability to work the day shift (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) in a fast-paced LTC setting Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to pass background check and TB screening Benefits and Support Assignment-specific recruiter and 24/7 travel support Onboarding and orientation assistance Orientation and ongoing clinical support during the assignment Housing options or housing assistance where available PAY DISCLAIMER RULE: Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
