Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a growth minded leader with beer and wine knowledge and restaurant management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and manage front of house employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service focusing on customer engagement and hospitality
Follow procedures adhering to inventory and payroll budgets.
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Perform duties necessary for the benefit of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED
Previous food and beverage and/or restaurant/restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
