Restaurant Manager

DESCRIPTION

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza ~ Ballantyne is looking for an experienced, passionate, Hospitality driven manager to join our opening leadership team for our brand new location. This position is a great opportunity to grow with us. We are looking for a positive person to work with an amazing easy going team, who manages the operations, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. As a manager you will lead, direct, and develop our crew members to uphold Mister O1 standards of food quality and guest experience.


Responsibilities

• Must have 2+ years high-volume, full-service restaurant experience

• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials

• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team; drive continuous improvement • Lead shifts which include daily decision making, planning, prioritizing, delegation, and accountability.

• Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action.

• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations

• Hold crew accountable to Mister O1 company standards in order to build a "Food First, Guest Always" Culture

• Understand flavors, origins and characteristics of food ingredients

• Handle Guest experiences in a professional and efficient manner

• Must possess a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment

Qualifications

Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza ~ Ballantyne, will be the first location in NC. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to go through our MIT program (4weeks) and be certified satisfactorily. The MIT program will be held out-of-state and we ask that you are able to travel for the entire 4 weeks to complete the program.


Education or Experience

• 1 year of full-service management experience in the restaurant industry

• Restaurant opening experience a plus


REQUIREMENTS

Mister O1 was born from the idea that an extraordinary pizza requires the utmost attention to detail and the finest ingredients, the necessary tools for an artist to produce a masterpiece.

The recipe for success was simple: Quality and Consistency . These would be the hallmarks of Chef Renato Viola's pizzas.

Mister O1 uses only the finest and freshest ingredients and most of them are imported from Italy or locally sourced. The artisanal pizza is a delicate thin crust style with very light dough, which is prepared and rests for a minimum of 72 hours into natural levitation before being served.
