A higher standard for why we exist, for how we create, and for what's next.The Production Clerk will be responsible for overseeing the packaging and shipment of orders while communicating with internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities:Plan and direct activities to load and ship priority goods.Relay special instructions to Distribution Associates regarding sensitive orders at the facility.Communicate with Corporate Transportation Department to order truckload carriers based on skid count, weight, as well as estimated pick-up time.Monitor urgent orders to ensure immediate attention.Communicate with corporate office on time-sensitive orders requiring immediate shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.Communicate supply inventory of shipping materials and other necessary products.Maintain a safe and productive work environment.Count goods according to WO's requirementsWrapping skids/boxingOther duties as assigned.Requirements:Fluency in English and Spanish languages with the ability to read and write in both.Basic math skills, including addition and subtractionKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
