Review previous documents and prepare up-to-date documents, modes, and reports to meet customer requests.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain systems infrastructure including hardware and softwareMonitor systems performance and recommend changes and upgrades based on utilizationPerform maintenance and upgrades to systemsCollaborate with Technical Architects to assist with systems designAssists administrators in the implementation of systems infrastructureProvide support and assistance to OD users for systems needsAssist in supporting server hardware infrastructure and hardware and software solutions on multiple hardware platformsAssist with troubleshooting and diagnosis of enterprise systems issuesMaintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to architectural solutionsAdminister and support Active Directory environmentsManage and support Okta Identity CloudAdminister Google Cloud Identity and IAM servicesAdminister AWS IAM users, roles, policies, federated identities, and access controlsEnforce IAM security standards and best practicesAssist in remediation of security findings related to identity platformsJob QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and experienceExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience with server technologiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with target audienceReasoning, analytical, and troubleshooting skillsCollaboration and teamwork skillsKnowledge and experience working in cloud services; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWSKnowledge and experience in storage architecture and virtualizationUnderstanding of cross-functional/cross-domain requirements and impactExperience using Visio or other tools for documentationCompensation Range:The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, skill level, and state/local wage requirements.
