Job Overview
Position: Paraprofessional / Teacher Aide (4 Total Openings)
Location: Wisconsin (K-12 School Settings)
Schedule: Full-Time, 35–40 Hours per week, Full School Year (SY)

Are you an enthusiastic educator or support professional looking to make a meaningful difference in student development? We are actively hiring four dedicated Paraprofessionals / Teacher Aides for the full school year across K-12 classrooms in Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Role Focus: Assist certified classroom teachers with daily instruction, student supervision, small group support, and behavioral or academic accommodations.
School Experience: Previous experience working within a K-12 school or educational environment is strongly preferred.
Core Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a passion for supporting diverse student learners from kindergarten through high school.
Compliance: Candidates must meet state/district screening standards, including background checks. (Note: Special education program aide roles or Title I positions in Wisconsin may require specific DPI licensing or post-secondary credit benchmarks).
