Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Vacation Time Breakfast on Fridays On Us Family Oriented Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies and procedures. Analyze financial data and present financial recommendations to senior management. Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Requirements CPA certification strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Extensive knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
