Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) — Optional Career Path to Practitioner & Future Ownership Nacci Hearing — Concierge Hearing Care Nacci Hearing is expanding and hiring a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) with an optional career path toward becoming a licensed practitioner, which can develop into future ownership for the right long-term team member. As we grow into Peachtree City and Senoia, we’re looking for someone who wants a meaningful role with room to advance. We care for a wide range of patients, including VIP clients who appreciate our mobile concierge services. This role is key to maintaining a professional, welcoming, high-quality patient experience. What You’ll Do Greet patients and manage phones, scheduling, and follow-up communication Assist with Bluetooth support, hearing aid cleanings, and troubleshooting Support mobile concierge visits and VIP care Learn the full flow of hearing-care visits and Nacci Hearing standards Career Path Options Phase 1: PCC — scheduling, communication, patient experience Phase 2: Clinical training available for those who want to pursue licensure Phase 3: Practitioner opportunities in PTC or Senoia Phase 4: Potential development into future ownership for long-term team members Who You Are Warm, organized, and genuinely good with people Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail Motivated, coachable, and open to growth Interested in healthcare and long-term development (No previous experience required.)
