Fiddler's Green Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation center, a 82-bed facility located in the heart of Springville, New York, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Manager to join our team. As a valued member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, preparation, and serving of nutritious meals to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service

• Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and housekeepers

• Coordinate with the nursing department to ensure that special dietary needs are met

• Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Monitor food costs and inventory, making recommendations for cost-saving measures

• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop menus and specials
