Located in the heart of Kansas City, Tracy House is an 11‑bed, unlocked IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) group home that serves clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of Mental Health Techs working across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Implement Recovery‑Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT‑R), a transformative evidence‑based practice for which we provide specialized training. Oversee clinical needs and treatment planning for clients. Foster a compassionate and inclusive atmosphere that promotes client well‑being and growth, while ensuring that all staff feel valued and empowered in their roles. Work collaboratively with other residential managers and rotate on‑call duties to ensure consistent support for our team. Job Location: Tracy Group Home, Kansas City, Missouri. Department: Community Mental Health Center. Position Type: Full time. Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours Per Week: 40. Minimum Requirements Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or another related human services field approved by the State of Missouri. Must be a qualified mental health provider (e.g., social worker, licensed counselor, occupational therapist, etc.). Two years of experience; at least one year working with the behavioral health population. Must be licensed or licensable in the State of Missouri. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to work with multicultural staff and clientele. Staff with a master’s degree in social work are required to have a minimum licensure of MO LMSW. (If LMSW hasn't been obtained, still apply, as there may be a pathway forward.) Staff must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment.
