Compensation Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Job Overview General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
