CVS Health is seeking a Medical Records Auditor/Coder to perform audit and abstraction of medical records, identify ICD codes for CMS risk adjustment, and ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations. The role requires knowledge of coding guidelines and the ability to support coding judgments using standard tools.
