Our strong foundation and extensive experience coupled with our established culture positions us as a beacon of positive change in the community.Position Summary:The Pathway Program Operations Specialist coordinates activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure that the goals of the organization are met efficiently and effectively. The Program Operations Specialist is a member of the Events Committee.REPORTS TO: Program ManagerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram events coordinator (set-up thru execution)Scheduling and logistics coordinationCoordinates organizational meetingsIdentifies, coordinates, and provides resources for residents and clientsData tracking and entry aligned with grant requirements and reporting standardsAccountable for ordering all event suppliesAssists with scheduling and registration for program and eventsSupports marketing and public relations for all programs and eventsMember of the Events CommitteeServes as primary contact for Senior Coalition, Residents Council and VolunteersSupport specialist to the Program ManagerBackup for Micro Transit Coordinator and front desk supportProgram & Event CoordinationDirectly supports the Program Manager.Assists with scheduling and registration for programs, events, and meetings.Supports the planning and execution of organizational events as a member of the Events Committee.Coordinates volunteer program activities and management.Assists with Youth Council operations and attends meetings as needed.Coordinates scheduling for the Microtransit Program and Community Coach activities.Provides coverage and support for additional duties as required to meet programmatic and operational needs.Community Engagement & Client SupportSupports marketing and public relations efforts for the organization and its programs.Identifies and connects residents and clients with appropriate internal or external resources.Represents the organization at community events or meetings as needed.Assists with running errands and other off-site responsibilities as assigned.Other DutiesPerforms other duties as assigned in support of the organization’s mission.BENEFITS:4 Wellness Days (2 company inhouse events, 2 employee scheduled days off)Bereavement Pay for immediate familyPaid Time OffHoliday PayFinal week of December paid offPaid Birthday OffNo Medical/Life InsuranceREQUIREMENTS:Minimum: associates degreeMinimum of two (2) years of experience with key duties and responsibilitiesMust be able to pass a Criminal Background CheckMust have a reliable transportationMust have good attendanceMust have a willingness to accept feedback from leadershipFull-Time: Must be able to work up to 35 Hours per WeekMust work some Weekends and Evenings (minimum of 12-15)Knowledge of Indianapolis and Far-Eastside area PreferredESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES:Excellent people skillsExperience with partnerships in the communityMust be a self starter and want to grow this roleDetail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and urgencyExcellent computer skills & thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, including Word & Excel and Google DriveHigh degree of organizational skillsStrong effective communication skills, including internal and external relationsExcellent time management and personal assertivenessMust be dependable, confidential, and honestAbility to work positively within a team, following directives without the inclination to control or overhaul interactionsCapability to respect others while also maintaining personal boundariesUnderstand the importance of mutual respect in creating a harmonious work environmentPrioritize delivering quality work as proof of job competence along with accountability for decisions and actionsAbility to work with a diverse demographic populationAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust display a positive attitude and friendly, service-oriented personalityMust be able to handle conflict resolutionMust be a team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
