Job Description BryceTech is seeking a Senior Acquisition Specialist to provide senior-level acquisition and program management support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Medical Products (PAE MP). This position will support medical product development programs across the acquisition lifecycle, applying expertise in DoD acquisition policies, capability requirements, PPBE, acquisition strategy, program documentation, and the integration of DoD acquisition processes with medical product development and regulatory requirements Responsibilities Provide senior-level acquisition and program management support for assigned DHA medical product development programs Apply knowledge of DoDI 5000 and the Defense Acquisition System to acquisition planning and program execution Apply knowledge of the DoD capability requirements development process and PPBE Support acquisition planning for DHA ACAT-designated medical programs Analyze Federal, DoD, DHA, and Service-specific acquisition policies, regulations, directives, and guidance Interpret and synthesize changing acquisition guidance and identify impacts, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions Develop and maintain acquisition strategies, program plans, acquisition documentation, and decision-support materials Support preparation of Acquisition Decision Memoranda, Acquisition Program Baselines, Business Case Analyses, LCCEs, TEMPs, SAMPs, and related program documentation Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Gantt charts, risk registers, change logs, decision logs, and action-item trackers Support milestone planning, In-Process Reviews, Milestone Decision Reviews, IPTs, working groups, and Product Manager/vendor meetings Coordinate developmental testing, operational assessments, site visits, and other acquisition activities Conduct market research and review existing technology-base programs Analyze technology maturity, acquisition risk, and capability gaps and provide recommendations to Government leadership Support technology transition strategies and tailored acquisition strategies Integrate DoD acquisition requirements with the unique aspects of medical product development Support acquisition activities involving drugs, biologics, blood and blood products, medical devices, and other regulated medical solutions as applicable Prepare briefings, executive summaries, white papers, memoranda, reports, RFIs, and other acquisition products Coordinate with Government, industry, medical, technical, regulatory, and other stakeholders Maintain accurate and auditable acquisition program documentation and records Qualifications Active DoW secret clearance or above 10+ years of federal acquisition experience Demonstrated experience supporting the DoD acquisition process Working knowledge of DoDI 5000 and Defense Acquisition System processes Knowledge of PPBE and capability requirements development Experience developing or supporting acquisition strategies and acquisition documentation Experience developing and maintaining program schedules and acquisition milestone documentation Experience supporting LCCEs or other acquisition cost analyses Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to independently manage multiple acquisition activities and priorities Ability to work effectively with Government, industry, technical, medical, and regulatory stakeholders Additional Information Position is contingent upon contract award. competitive salary a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage company-paid life & disability insurance policies 401(k) plan with company match an educational reimbursement program All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr BryceTech LLC
