Job Summary:

Expertise could include various technologies and roles, including SME in product and software or functional areas. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in a variety of technologies and roles, including SME in product and software or functional areas. This role encompasses working with Mid and Senior management and stakeholders in an organization.



Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination of analysis of complex issues surrounding business processes and systems.
• Research, document, and provide recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices.
• Analyze Highway Crash Management Systems, processes, databases, and document the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and technology.
• Collaborate with business units regarding needs, requirements, and recommend design solution alternatives to IT business lines.
• Provide unit, system, and user acceptance testing support.
• Provide business line with data review and clean-up assessments.
• Provide project management guidance and task management.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrated capability to interact with customers, clearly understand customer needs, and document those needs.
• Understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology, specifically:
• Requirements Management
• Data Management
• Functional Specification Writing
• Testing Procedures
• End User Training Delivery
• Experience with requirements management and performing analysis within source code when needed.
• Basic knowledge of NHTSA Reporting and Crash Data Management.
