Senior FP&A Analyst — SAP S/4HANA, SAC & BI Analytics

Location: King of Prussia, PA Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually Senior Financial Analyst Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing FP&A team, where finance meets advanced analytics. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling, enterprise systems (SAP S/4 HANA), and business intelligence (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). You’ll help drive data‑driven decision‑making, reporting transformation, and system enhancements across a complex and evolving business landscape. What You’ll Do Build & Enhance Analytics + Reporting Develop and deploy financial reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Support forecasting, planning, and reporting models Create automated workflows using SQL, Python, and Alteryx Deliver insights via dashboards (Sales, SOP, AR, benchmarking) Lead Financial Close & Performance Insights Support monthly close including flash reporting, SG&A analysis, and variance reporting Ensure alignment across SAP, General Ledger, and BI platforms Assist with consolidation reviews and MD&A reporting Strengthen Data Governance Manage profit center lifecycle and hierarchy structures Ensure accurate mapping across SAP, Eclipse, Dayforce, and GL Support organizational hierarchy and long‑term planning models Drive Systems & Transformation Play a key role in SAP Analytics Cloud deployment and optimization Support automation and AI‑driven forecasting initiatives Partner cross‑functionally to improve data quality and reporting integrity Support M&A Integration Assist with financial due diligence and onboarding of acquisitions Validate reporting structures and system integrations Ensure seamless incorporation into SAP, BI, and reporting frameworks Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s, CPA, or CFA preferred) 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Business Analytics Hands‑on experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Power BI Preferred Skills Strong command of financial statements, forecasting, and close processes Experience with SQL (HANA, Azure), Python, and/or Alteryx Skills in Power Query, Power Automate, or process automation tools Experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise reporting Exposure to Eclipse, Dayforce, or similar systems M&A and integration experience a strong plus Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
