Hybrid Contracts Administrator: RFP & Negotiations

Serco Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Contracts Administrator to manage cradle-to-grave federal contracts in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves bid support, negotiations, contract awards, and administration, with the ability to balance risk and compliance across multiple contracts. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in office across multiple U.S. sites. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, US citizenship, and 5+ years of experience, plus NCMA certification or #J-18808-Ljbffr Serco
