Senior Contracts Administrator

ERG is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support the full lifecycle of contracts-from proposal development through administration and closeout. As a growing organization, ERG offers experienced professionals the opportunity to expand their influence while supporting meaningful, mission-driven work.Job Description:Administer federal, state, and/or local contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeoutCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (technical, business development, subcontracts, and accounting) to deliver comprehensive contract supportAdvise senior management on contractual risk, compliance matters, and contract strategyPartner with technical and business leads to drive compliant, competitive proposalsConduct contracts-related research and analysis and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract department policies, procedures, and best practicesSupport training and development initiatives within the Contracts DepartmentDirectly prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessmentsImplement and uphold procurement policies, procedures, and best practicesMentor and provide guidance to junior contract professionals, supporting their development and knowledge of contracting best practicesSupport contract closeout activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding itemsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 12 years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and/or local government contracts; experience as a federal government prime contractor in professional services preferredExperience with GSA Multiple Award Schedules, U.S. EPA, and/or DoD contracting is a plus (experience with other federal agencies welcome)Demonstrated expertise in proposal pricing, contract negotiation, and problem solvingStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AdobeSolid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract types, including CPFF, T&M, FFPExperience with Deltek Costpoint ERP is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and proactive problem-solving skills
