Asbestos Litigation Associate/Attorney/Senior Counsel

About the Role Husch Blackwell LLP is a national law firm with multiple locations across the United States. We have an immediate opening in our Los Angeles or Oakland offices, as well as our virtual office, The Link, for an Asbestos Litigation Associate/Attorney/Senior Counsel with a minimum of three years of experience preferred. Candidates should reside in California and have an active California bar license. Responsibilities Work primarily with attorneys in the Complex Torts business unit. Handle all phases of civil litigation in toxic tort spaces, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice in California state and federal courts. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (preferred). Active California bar license. Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Exceptional judgment and ability to articulate legal strategies.
