We are now looking for full-time experienced Customer Service Managers at our St Cloud shop. Our company is family owned and operated. Qualifications that are needed for this position:

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
