What Were Looking For

5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
ASE Certification & NC Inspection License (preferred, but not required)
Strong problem-solving skills & mechanical expertise
Customer-focused mindset & team player attitude
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license & personal tools

Your Role as an Automotive Technician / Mechanic

• Diagnose & repair a variety of vehicle systems, including:
• Brakes & hydraulics
• Exhaust systems
• Fuel & ignition systems
• Electrical & computer diagnostics
• Suspension & alignment
• Air conditioning & HVAC
• Clearly explain repairs to service advisors & customers.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship & a customer-first mindset .
