PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a Production/Inventory Coordinator for a 12-month full-time consultant opportunity in North Charleston, South Carolina . This is an exciting opportunity to support critical flight line operations by coordinating the movement of large equipment and inventory that helps keep aircraft production and delivery on track.

Position Details

• Job Title: Production/Inventory Coordinator

• Location: North Charleston, SC

• Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

• Pay Rate: Starting at $23.91 per hour

Your Impact

Behind every successful aircraft operation is a team ensuring equipment, materials, and resources are exactly where they need to be. As a Production/Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting flight line activities by coordinating the movement of large stands and equipment, helping maintain efficiency, safety, and productivity across operations.

What You'll Do

• Support the movement and positioning of large stands, equipment, and materials throughout the flight line area.

• Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in support of daily operations.

• Coordinate with team members using radio communications to ensure smooth workflow and equipment movement.

• Work independently to complete assigned tasks while collaborating with teammates to meet operational goals.

• Assist with inventory and production-related activities to support aviation operations.

• Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• Maintain awareness of equipment locations and movement schedules to support production efficiency.

• Perform work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying environmental conditions.

• Experience operating or working around heavy equipment.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to coordinate activities via radio communication.

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Flexible, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced operational setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in aviation, manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or production support.

• Experience supporting flight line or aerospace operations.

• Familiarity with equipment movement, inventory tracking, or material coordination.

• Vocational training or Associate degree in a related field.

Pay Details: $23.91 per hour
