This contract opportunity is designed for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with a proven track record in school settings. Serving a caseload of 50 elementary students—many requiring AAC support within a self-contained classroom—you’ll bring your expertise to help children find their voices and achieve their communication goals.

This is a full-time, onsite role (no virtual options), running 32.5 hours per week from as soon as possible through June 16, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license and CCC certification
• Minimum of three years of SLP experience in school environments
• Strong background supporting students with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) needs
• Experience with elementary-aged students in self-contained classrooms
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of 50 students effectively
• Commitment to in-person service delivery only

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized therapy for students
• Provide targeted support to students with complex communication needs, especially those requiring AAC
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educators to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team discussions
