Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• California SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Prior experience in pediatric and school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized support

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help foster an inclusive learning atmosphere
