Home Health Marketer

This position educates referral sources, strengthens community partnerships, and helps ensure timely, appropriate patient transitions into home health services. Come join our team and help us grow! Care Essentials Home Health takes pride in taking care of our staff, as a small agency growing in the Inland Empire we are looking to add a marketer to our team to help manage our community referral sources. Responsibilities Develop relationships with: Hospitals Physicians Skilled Nursing Facilities Assisted Living Communities Case Managers Discharge Planners Wound Clinics Specialists Accountable Care Organizations Independent Practice Association Qualifications 2+ years home health marketing Medicare home health experience Existing Inland Empire relationships preferred Reliable transportation Excellent communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr CARE ESSENTIALS HOME HEALTH
