We are headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, and operate clinics in Charlottesville; Alexandria, VA; Baltimore, MD; Minneapolis, MN; and Albuquerque, NM. We offer abortion pills by mail in 10 states.We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive patient acquisition and support clinic growth across our five clinics and virtual care operations. This role is embedded within the clinic operations team will partner with primary responsibility for driving increased patient census, appointment volume, and revenue performance. The Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with the clinic operations team to create, execute, and benchmark targeted, data-informed marketing strategies that ensure patients can find, trust, and access care through WWH.Essential FunctionsThis is an excellent opportunity for a creative, results-driven, and energetic marketing professional with a deep commitment to making safe, affordable, quality abortion care accessible to all. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and/or interest in the following areas of focus:Drive Patient Acquisition & Clinic PerformanceExecute marketing initiatives designed to increase patient appointments, census, and service utilizationAlign marketing activities with clinic-specific goals, capacity, and revenue targetsIdentify, create, and execute marketing initiatives tailored to each clinic's needs and growth opportunitiesParticipate in regular clinic and operations meetingsPartner closely with clinic managers and operations leadership to align marketing efforts with real-time clinic performance and capacity and integrate marketing initiatives into clinic workflowsDevelop clear, accurate, and stigma-free content for digital and print channels and collateralCreate in-clinic marketing and patient education materials as neededLead Digital Acquisition EffortsIn partnership with WWH's digital advertising partner, support and optimize paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads (search and local services) and Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram)Identify and test emerging digital channels and tools (e.g., AI-enabled platforms, Reddit, and other patient discovery channels)Ensure strong visibility across search, maps, and online directoriesMaintain and update website content, including clinic pages, service descriptions, and photographyOptimize user experience to improve conversion from search to appointmentSupport and benchmark SEO and local search strategiesMonitor and respond to patient reviews and inquiries with professionalism and sensitivityTrack & Improve PerformanceMonitor key metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and website traffic and user behaviorPrepare regular reports on campaign performance and cost efficiency for clinic operations team and WWH leadershipUse data to continuously refine and improve marketing effortsExperience and General RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have most of the following qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a health care or patient-facing settingWillingness and ability to travel to clinic locationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detailExperience managing digital platforms for a brand or organization, including online reputation managementBasic understanding of SEO, paid social, digital analytics, and performance reportingProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge Canva and WordPressStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable collaborating cross-functionally with clinical teams, agencies, and leadershipSelf-starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learnRemote Work RequirementsWhole Woman's Health embraces a flexible and trust-based work environment.
