About the Role:
Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractor activities and daily work
- Lead safety and quality control on site
- Manage scheduling of materials and inspections
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safe jobsite
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ xuwmhxw years of construction superintendent experience
- Expertise reading and executing construction plans
- Strong communicator and team leader
- Committed to safe and respectful project execution
