Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the after‑school program, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for children. Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development. Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the community to build strong relationships. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and program policies. Monitor and manage budgets, supplies, and program scheduling. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school‑age children. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
