Talent Acquisition Intern

Daikin is seeking a campus and early talent recruiter to lead the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing through offers. You will manage intern conversions, partnering with hiring managers to turn high-potential interns into full-time hires and support the internship program as a talent pipeline. You will develop and execute campus recruitment strategies across targeted schools, build relationships, manage events, and drive employer branding initiatives.
